Arrival time 2pm until 7pm only for camping. Glamping pitches 4pm until 7pm 
Departure by 10am for glamping (Yurts, Safari tents, caravans)
Departure by 12 midday for camping

Covid19 measures, procedures and cancellations:

In order to offer re-assurance and set out plainly to our guests what will happen if your booking is affected by a return to national travel restrictions. We will be offering a date move to the same pitch type or glamping unit on a future  date or a credit note that can be used at any time in the proceeding 12 months. There will be NO REFUNDS. Our standard cancellation policy is in place for all normal cancellations...

The indoor shower block will only be open to people staying in our glamping units (yurts and safari tents). Glampers will be issued with keys and timeslots allocated to access the showers. We are encouraging people with their own facilities to use them as much as possible. People who do not have their own shower facilities will be unable to access the shower block at this time. We hope this will change as lock down eases.

 The toilet block will be open to all guests.  Social distancing rules will be applied inside the toilet blocks. Please use the hand washing facilities and hand sanitiser provided on site.  Children must be accompanied to the toilet block and not allowed to enter alone. Two deep cleans and four supplementary cleans will be carried out each day. Guidance will be provided on how many people can enter the toilet block at once. Campers are welcome to bring their own toilet and shower to place on their pitch. 

We are initially opening in a limited capacity so we can manage demand. Please bare with us while we manage this ever changing situation

Unfortunately we can no longer allow visitors to the campsite. 

Groups Bookings **UPDATE** In line with government guidance: Please remember for all bookings from 14th September 2020 a maximum of 6 guests can gather together, unless you are in a support bubble (one additional person only). Numbers include children. - groups larger than this will be asked to disperse.  Should these guidelines not be followed, guests will be asked to leave the site immediately and no refund will be given. 

The washing up area will remain open, however there will be no shop at present.

Contactless check in will be in place, on arrival you will be directed to your pitch by a member of staff

If you are displaying any COVID symptoms do not come to the campsite, please contact us to discuss your booking. If you start to show any symptoms whilst on site please inform a member of staff immediately.

For the moment this is the new normal, we are following guidelines set by the government, this is as new to us as it is to you, and we would ask that you be patient and use common sense.
If you consider there are any areas we can improve or adapt please let us know, our priority is to keep our staff and guests safe so further changes may be made as progress.  

Standard Cancellation policy:

For cancellations 14 days or less prior to your date of arrival, no refund will be made. 
Cancellations made 15 days or more will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation charge
If a 25% deposit has been paid, and the remaining balance is not paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date, the booking will be cancelled, the deposit retained in full and no refund will be given.
If a 25% has been paid and the booking is cancelled prior to the balance being due then a refund will be given minus 10% cancellation charge. 

Payment in full is required for all camping pitches at the time of booking.
For glamping a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Bookings made within an 8 week due date are required to pay in full.  
We recommend purchasing holiday insurance to cover any cancellations

The campsite is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond your control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. 

For glamping and group bookings a damage/noise deposit of £100 is required on arrival - card swipe only no monies are taken. Please note you may be liable for further costs if the damage exceeds the £100 deposit 
For group bookings the lead guest will be required to provide card details.
Group bookings can be made by arrangement only and must comply with COVID guidelines, please call us directly for group booking inquiries.
At least one guest in a group must be over 21 years of age.
We do not accept stag or hen parties

Please note that by booking online or over the phone the guest is automatically agreeing to our terms, conditions and campsite rules

The owners reserve the right to cancel bookings due to adverse weather conditions. Should this occur the owners will offer either a full refund or alternative available dates. Adverse weather conditions include flooding, snow, high winds. It is at the owners discretion as to what constitutes adverse weather conditions. It is not the decision of the guests.

Mousley House Farm is a working farm with farm machinery crossing at times as well as animals in adjacent fields so please excise caution at all times during your stay. For your personal safety and that of our horses, we ask that no one approaches, pets or feeds the horses at any time.

The area outside the campsite boundary is Private property. Parents and guardians are asked not to allow children or young people to use the public footpath unsupervised as livestock are often grazed in these fields.  

If balls or items do enter fields adjacent to the campsite then please do not retrieve the items yourselves, we will retrieve the items for you. For safety, we ask that children are not allowed to play on the entrance driveway, in the toilet block, ramps or waste disposal area.

We politely remind you that is is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians to supervise their children at all times.  
 Please leave the glamping units clean and tidy as you found them. We reserve the right to charge a £40 cleaning fee 

There is a maximum speed of 5mph for vehicles accessing the site for parking.
Please book in at reception or call the campsite phone number on arrival.
Site your tent/caravan on a marked pitch ensuring you leave a minimum of 3 meters between yourselves and other campers.
Strictly no smoking or naked flames allowed inside the glamping units
Please respect other campers using the site and report any disruptive behavior to the site owner immediately. 
Between  10pm and 7am we ask for a quiet time where noise is kept to a minimum
There is no music allowed on site
Do not use any amplifiers or publicly audible sound systems.
All dogs/pets to be kept on leads at all times. Any dog/pet found to be causing a nuisance to other campers, farm stock, farm tenants or the landlords, will be asked to be removed from the campsite immediately.
Pets are not allowed in any of our retro or touring caravans
Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds in yurts or safari tents
Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the yurts and safari tents unless they are kept inside the cages provided.
Guests will be charged for any damage or mess caused by dogs
Do not leave pets in glamping/camping units during hot weather
Only firewood purchased on site can be used for log burners in the yurts and safari tents, please do not bring your own
Campfires, chinese lanterns and fireworks are not permitted at anytime.
Do not place disposable BBQ's or hot items onto the Yurt & Safari wooden cooking stations
Please empty your chemical toilet waste into the tank provided.
Place all rubbish in the designated areas provided, please recycle where possible.  
BBQ’s are permitted but please do not use disposable BBQ’s directly on the grass or picnic benches.
Do not use BBQ's inside tents, caravans or motor homes, Yurts or Safari tents
The pond in the campsite field is out of bounds.
Generators are not permitted.
For safety reasons visitors and guests are not permitted on the campsite unless by prior arrangement.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue
Rude or antisocial behavior towards other guests or members of staff will not be tolerated 
We do not allow the site to be used as a party venue. If you wish to use the site as a party venue then you must book the whole site for sole use
On receipt of the booking confirmation it is the guests responsibility to check the correct dates, pitch type or glamping are shown on the confirmation email
Group bookings must ensure that all members of their party are aware of the campsite terms and conditions.The lead group Booker is not permitted to book in other members of their group if they are unable to make the set arrival times 
Only persons with a valid driving license and insurance are permitted to drive on the campsite 
If you fail to check in on your expected date of arrival and do not inform us of a change of arrival date, or if you are uncontactable to confirm any change to your booking, we will assume that you have cancelled your booking and reserve the right to re-let your pitch or glamping unit. 

The campsite management reserve the right to remove anyone whom they feel has breached any of the above rules at any time without refund or refuse a booking prior to or upon arrival. We hope this is not needed but the enjoyment of all of our campers is our priority at all times.

Please note:
All vehicles and possessions that are brought onto site are done so at the owners own risk. Mousley House Farm Campsite can accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury which may be incurred during your stay. We shall not be liable for the death or injury of any person using the facilities or the campsite at Mousley House Farm campsite.

Privacy Policy:
We may need to contact you by phone, text or email in relation to your booking with us only. Your details are not shared with any third parties. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted by us in any of these methods.

Data Protection - all personal details obtained from guests are held securely and not shared with any third parties.We are required to obtain guests details at time of booking as a legal requirement.We are required to hold these details for a minimum of 12 months.After 12 months the guest can request that these details be destroyed.Please contact the campsite directly if you wish your details to be removed after this period.We are fully GDPR compliant.The CCTV system used on the campsite is in place for security reasons only.The system is operated by the site owners and not used for any other reasons than the prevention or detection of crime
